WHAT?

We provide the bar and the staff, you bring the drinks.


DETAILS?

We'll turn up to any venue within 40 miles of our base. You'll have two bar staff and the Mini Buck for 3hrs serving drinks.

(£200 deposit, £65 for every additional staffing hour)

Hospitality Package

WHAT?

Our most popular package - be the host with the most and keep the drinks flowing for your guests. Choose from a selection of award winning wines, ciders, beers or fizz (you can mix and match) and we'll keep the drinks coming for your party.


DETAILS?

We're there until the drinks run out, or you've had enough. We'll staff the bar and pour your drinks of choice throughout. All you need to do, is sit back and relax!

WHAT?

Beautiful bar? Yes. Two professional staff? You bet. Enough drinks to make a party? Silly question!


DETAILS?

You'll get a bar fully stocked with draught beer, fizz and a selection of soft drinks. You, or your guests will only pay for the drinks you use.

We do things a bit differently at Browsholme, as it's our Ape's 'home' and to be in line with the Venue's alcohol licensing.

WHAT SORT OF EVENTS DO BOWBEARERS HIRE TO?

What do you have in mind? We do weddings, garden parties, 50th birthdays and anything else that needs celebrating, we’ll be there.

DO BOWBEARERS PROVIDE STAFF?

Yep, you’ll get two professional staff to serve at your event.

HOW DOES IT WORK AT BROWSHOLME?

We have a special partnerhsip woth Browsholme Hall & the Tithe Barn, and have developed packages to work in tandem with their licensing and alcohol rules! Get in touch directly or speak to your Wedding Planner for details.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO HIRE THE MINI BUCK?

There’s a few bits and pieces we need to do before we turn up with our mobile bar. If you’re doing a private function at your home we’ll need to obtain a temporary license which must be booked two weeks before your event. However, there’s no guarantee your date will be available at such short notice so best to book as far in advance as possible.

WHAT FACILITIES DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE ON-SITE?

Our mobile bar could do with access to some power, other than that we’re good to go - and it’s toilet-trained. If you’ve got a night time party, just let us know and we’ll bring our sparkly lights.

HOW DO I HIRE THE MOBILE BAR?

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED TO HOST THE MOBILE BAR?

Our mobile car needs a 2m x 3m space to properly stretch its doors, with room around it for people to move freely – we don’t want any argy-bargy! We’ll also need a car parking spot nearby for a car and a trailer. Otherwise, We’re happy indoors or outdoors, so long as there’s space.

IS IT ROAD REGISTERED?

Unfortunately not, as much as we would like to buzz along the roads to your party – it’d be really slow! The Ape gets transported on the back of a trailer, before being disembarked and erected.

CAN I DESIGN A MOBILE BAR PACKAGE FOR MY EVENT?

Absolutely. The packages are there to make it a bit easier. If you want to do something a little different to what we offer, pick up the phone and let’s chat. If Gin bars are a bit 2019, why not try Spritz on wheels, or if you’re feeling adventurous, a Sambuca Shack (not for the faint-hearted!).

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

To secure your booking you’ll need to pay a £200 deposit. Once you’ve paid this your date is locked in, we’re coming, and nobody can stop us (apart from you). Once you’ve paid, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all the details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL FOR WHATEVER REASON?

Your deposit is non-refundable. We’ll be busy prepping your bar 48hrs before we turn up so if you want to cancel altogether, make sure you do it before then to avoid any additional charges.

WHO DECIDES ON THE DRINKS YOU SERVE?

We’ll always try and accommodate your requests. We have our standard beer and wine packages but if you want something a little stronger… or weaker… just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

DO BOWBEARERS OFFER SOFT DRINKS?

Absolutely, just let us know what you want and how many. Everyone should be able to enjoy our mobile bar.

DO BOWBEARERS HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes. We are covered to £5 million.

CAN WE DECORATE THE PIAGGIO APE?

Of course, if you have a theme for yourevent and would like to extend it to the Ape, we’d be very happy to hangbunting, lights or greenery around the doors and props inside. Alternatively, wehave our own bunting, lighting and signage with a menu that we’ll bring along,and more often than not we think the orange speaks for itself.

DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR ANY LICENSES?

Leave that to us. You don’t want thedisaster scenario where you’ve got a party on but you’re not legally allowed toserve alcohol.
